At KamDaamPe, customer satisfaction is our priority. While most of our items are non-returnable due to hygiene and handling standards, we do offer support in special cases as mentioned below.

Return & Refund Eligibility
- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item with clear pictures and description.
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.

Return Request Process
- To request a return, contact us on WhatsApp at 8595522360 within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order ID, item details, issue description, and supporting images.
- Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps for pick-up or drop-off (if applicable).
3.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be initiated to your original payment method or UPI wallet within 5โ7 business days.
- Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
4.
Non-Returnable Items
- Groceries, personal care products, food items, and any opened/used products are not eligible for return.
- Sale/discounted items are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged during delivery.
