🛒 Orders & Products
1. What kind of products do you sell on KamDaamPe?
Groceries, essentials, electronics, clothing, and more — all at unbeatable bulk or wholesale rates.
2. Do I need a bulk order to shop here?
No. Retail buyers are welcome too! We label bulk-only items clearly on the product page.
3. How often is your stock updated?
Weekly. You can also request restocks via WhatsApp.
4. Do you deliver to all locations?
Currently, we deliver in selected localities in Kishanganj and nearby areas. Wider delivery is coming soon!

5. Why are your prices so low?
We cut out middlemen and deal directly with suppliers to pass savings to you.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. No Cash on Delivery (COD) yet.
7. Are online payments secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and handled via trusted gateways.
8. Can I pay in parts?
Currently, we do not offer part payments or EMIs. All orders must be prepaid in full.
🚚 Delivery & Returns
9. How long does delivery take?
Most deliveries happen within 3–6 business days.
10. Can I return a product?
Only defective or wrong products are eligible for return within 48 hours of delivery. Please read our return policy for full details.
11. How can I track my order?
You’ll receive updates via SMS/WhatsApp. You can also reach out to our support team.
