At KamDaamPe, customer satisfaction is our priority. While most of our items are non-returnable due to hygiene and handling standards, we do offer support in special cases as mentioned below.
1. 📌 Return & Refund Eligibility
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item with clear pictures and description.
The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
2. 📝 Return Request Process
To request a return, contact us on WhatsApp at 8595522360 within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide your order ID, item details, issue description, and supporting images.
Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps for pick-up or drop-off (if applicable).
3. 🔄 Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be initiated to your original payment method or UPI wallet within 5–7 business days.
Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
4. 🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Groceries, personal care products, food items, and any opened/used products are not eligible for return.
Sale/discounted items are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged during delivery.
